a light Directv blue background with no info.

They seem fine on my end. Are you having any trouble with any other channels?

Strange, it's on all my XM channels on all my HR2X receivers, but I've just noticed that I get a gray background from one HR21-200.
I also just found that my H20-100 is normal.

All other channels are normal.

My (unemployed) wife just called me saying that StyleTV was showing some DirecTV slide talking about "spring outages", and that it's been that way for 20 minutes. Maybe D* is having some issues today?

After reporting this in the CE forum (mods; I hope I'm allowed to say this, if not please delete), I did try a menu reset and it did fix the problem

Seems kind of early for the usual "Spring Sun Outages" to pop up but maybe not. I've had D* since the mid 90's and this happens on several channels every spring for 10-20 minutes for about a week or so.

Did some more checking and it is that time of year. Began on the 28th. Here's a neat little app to check times:

Hmmm...I was going to recommend that but I didn't figure that would fix it since it is a problem on more then one receiver.

This happened to me a few days ago and a reset fixed it.
