I purchased and downloaded a "video on demand" from amazon.com. Downloaded it to my PC and then tried to access it via PlayOn, I had updated PlayOn to the latest version, on PlayON settings, under User Accounts, I added my amazon.com user info.
When I click test, it passes the test, but if I try to access the video via the HR20 through PlayOn, while it lists amazon video on demand when I click on it, it says, "Please add videos to your online library". I have no idea how to do that. The video I purchased is downloaded to my PC on the Amazon Unbox Video Player, I could play it that way but it's not listed on the DVR. Any ideas?

We should probably merge this into the previous Playon thread but my guess is that there must be an online "queue" or "inbox" of some sort where it will list your videos. Since it sounds like you have to actually buy them that's not something I'm going to do so I won't be able to test it myself.

Still unable to access the purchased video via the DVR.
If the original poster or the mods want to merge this thread with the other PlayOn thread that would be fine. I'll take any further questions to that other thread.
Log in to your Amazon account online. You should see a tab that says "Video Library". If you have purchased anything from VOD, it should be in there. I'm not sure, but if you have downloaded it to your PC, I think Amazon considers that to mean you no longer want it available for streaming.
