Did everyone get their free PPV coupon from E*?

Received a letter from Dish the other day about the price increase along with a PPV coupon for $3.99. I never order PPV anymore but I might actually use this on my 6000. I think an HDTV PPV cost $4.99 so hey, I'll pay the extra buck.

I almost forgot......yes I did.
I'm gonna let the kids pick a movie they want to watch.

I got the letter stating the price increases and that stated about the free PPV. No PPV coupon or anything in the envelope besides the letter. I called dish and asked about it . The CSR credited my account with a $3.99 discount on my bill. So all in all it has been taken care of.

I got mine, although as Charlie stated last night I did not get my Special Americas Everything Pack price increase notice. Did anyone get one announcing a $3 increase for Americas Everything Pack?

I am on Credit Card Auto Pay so I will have to mail the PPV coupon in in order to use it. What a pain in the butt that is.

I was going to ask that - how you use the ppv coupon when you are on CC autopay. So, if I mailed it to them without actually ordering a PPV, you think they would credit me the $3.99?

I got mine yesterday, but it will probably never be used.

But you have to send it in. Admittedly this means paying for a stamp but it works. The 3$3.99 will be deducted from your bill. But note you do have to order a PPV to use it. If youa re not interested well you can't use it.

This is Dish Network's way of placating the customers for addion yet another increase in rates (3rd within two years). You can bet the rates will really sky rocket if the government approves the echostar/Direct TV merger. Wirte you congreeman!!

Charlie said that rates will stay the same after the merger. What we need to ask is "stay the same as what"? It looks like he is busily raising rates now so that he can keep his word post-merger.

Got mine ... but also got postcard for Starz and if I signup I get a box of Godiva chocolates. I think I will pass!
