Audio Problem

I'm having a wierd problen. The audio on 2 of my local channels get mummbled durring commercial and non HD programming. Everything else works grteat. Is it a problem with Md Locals, My reciever, or my HR21

I have a similar situation in the St. Louis area, the likely cause is the local station. What networks? I get this on Fox and CBS. Apparently there is software they use to convert their SD shows (and commercials) that injects these anomalies. I've heard they are working on it (nationally) but I haven't seen anything in a few weeks.
