I heard it was coming in Jamuary 2009:sure:
So we are now in March and still no word from D*, has anybody heard a date?

Where ever you heard that it was totally false. In 2008 the BBC had clearly stated that it would be 2010 at the earliest. They have their own bag of financial problems.

Um, doesn't BBC America need to offer an HD feed before DirecTV can add it?
