I had a message left on my answering machine by an automated dialer from a DISH Network dealer. It went something like this: Hi my name is XXXX you were referred to us as being interested in DISH Network please call 800-xxx-xxxx and my associates can assist you we can install up to 4 receivers for $29.00, again please call 800-xxx-xxxx. I post this because this is a violation of our retailer contract with DISH Network( the call was left on my satellite business line). If you have received a call like this from an automated dialer please email CEO@echostar.com, after the recent settlement with 13 states for customer service I hope Charlie Ergen will be interested in stopping this violation.
