Interactive Features annoying March Madness - NFL

Does anyone at DirecTV actually watch/test channels with the Interactive features? They slow down navigation, cover up vital information and start processing things you don't want if you don't hit the correct sequence of buttons....like a NCAA bracket instead of my previous channels. What does it take to give me the option to turn something off I didn't want in the first place? Just broadcast content to me and stop trying to make the DTV boxes a computer. :nono2:

What exactly is slowing things down?
What information is being covered up?

What do you mean NCAA bracket instead of previous channel? I hit the previous button to go to the previous channel and the yellow button to go to my bracket.

You don't need to turn off any of the features, just don't use them (don't hit the colored buttons).
