721 Fan & Screen Saver Problems

I have noticed since 1.11 that the fan in my 721 is on much more frequently than before the update.  I have not moved or changed its location.  Checking the temperature shows it is in the low 100's (ie 103-105).  Anyone else having this since the update?  Also,  I hope Dish fixes the screensaver problem when 1.12 comes in.  As I mentioned in a previous thread, this is a serious problem for many of us with possible screen burn in.  I try to be careful now but yesterday my wife put it on "pause" for an hour or so because she forgot that I had told her about it.  She was used to using pause before 1.11.

The fan does come on and go off more often with L1.11 than before. It used to stay on longer at any one time, but it also stayed off longer, now it is on and off constantly. I still say the fan turn on temperature in the firmware is set way to low, it needs to be set higher to be on less and therefore less annoying. Modern electronics can handle temperatures of more than what is set on the 721 with no ill effects, even over the long haul. Just my opinion, but then I hate fan noise!
