Hey everyone,
I'm going to be moving into a two story house in a month and I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get second cables to two of my hi-def DVR's on the first floor. So I'm looking to purchase the SWM8 solution and wire it in parallel to the Zinwell that the mover’s connection guy will most likely install. I currently have 2 - HR21's, 1 - R15 and 1 - RCA 480. During the move, I'm going to pick up another hi-def DVR and 1 standard def DVR. So I'm going to have a total of 11 tuners.

I'm assuming the installer will bring the 8 port Zinwell and was planning to use it to connect the upstairs receivers (RCA, R15, HR21 and new standard def DVR). Downstairs will be an HR21 and the new hi-def DVR. Based on that, here's what I think I need to buy:
4 - hi-frequency splitters to get the SWM8 and the Zinwell connected in parallel from the new dish (I want to make sure I have them in case the installer doesn't)
1 - SWM8
1 - PI
1 - 2 or 4 way SWM splitter
Did I miss anything?

Additional Q's
Since I'm only going to run 2 HR21's off the SWM, can I skip the PI/SWM splitter and just use the 2 ports on the SWM8?
Do the coax terminators come with the SWM8/SWM splitters or do I need to buy them? I'd like to buy the 4 port SWM splitter for future growth or to possibly spare me the hassle of running a second cable upstairs to the HR21 or new standard def DVR). However, it looks like I would need to terminate the extra ports on the 4 way splitter if I'm only using 2 of them.
Has anyone ordered from weaKnees before and were you happy? They look like they are a little cheaper than solid signal (trying not to blow the entire moving budget on satellite stuff.) Any other good online dealers? I've got about a month to order/receive the gear.

Thanks in advance,

parts list looks fine
you need to use the power inserter regardless.
if you use the 4 way splitter then you need to terminate the unused ports.
I like solid signal myself.

WeaKnees is great. Been ordering their TiVo upgrade stuff for years.
