What is the process for programming the remote to work the input button? Need to replace my remote but need that feature to switch between Directv and dvd on my tv inputs. Any help would be awsome. Thanks.

Should work once you've setup the remote to work with your TV.

With the slider under DirecTV,

- Press and hold Mute & Select until the lights blink.
- Type 960
- Lights will blink
- Input button should work now.
