This doesn't pertain to me as I installed my own swm lnb awhile back, however I was curious about this so I figured I would ask. I know people around here use satellite splitters to feed two WB68's in parallel. My question is could you use one of these splitters to feed two tuners on a dvr either hd or sd, either with or without a multi switch installed? Just curious!

the non SWM system uses 4 combinations of 13/18 Volt, tone/no tone, to select the correct transponder. Splitting the feed would only allow one of the combinations and it may be a sum of the two tuners and end up not being the correct one for either.

Appreciate the answers. I figured it wouldn't but it never hurts to ask, especially when you don't know!

By the way to feed two WB68s you need 4 splitters. One for each of the feeds from the LNB.
