HD DRV pixilization and blackout

Have been fighting pixilization of screen followed by blackouts ranging from 10 seconds to 3 minutes on HD programming. Additionally frequently get a 1-2 second "noise burst" not timed with first problem. All connections solid, new rcvr and new dish - DirectV is at wits end - any help ? Thanx

Any on-screen error messages? Such as "error 771" or "searching for satellite"?

Please post back with your signal readings for each satellite's transponders (and both tuners if applicable). You'll find these readings under "Menu" -> "Setup" -> "System Setup" -> Satellite -> "View Signal Strength".

Fill in your readings for each satellite and tuner using these examples. A properly aligned dish will show 80-90s on most of the relevant transponders (although some will be low or zero):
