Just wanted to give props to a great csr. I called because I was trying to program a remote that came with my HR21-700 to work as a Rf remote after realizing it should have came with the box. I found out the remote was a RC-32 witch is not RF. I called and they are sending one out no ? asked. I have had the box for over 1 year and they could have said no but the CSR was great. Just wanted to give great when it is due.

The RC32 is IR-only.
The RC32RF is IR & RF.
