Pittsburgh LIL question

Anyone have E in pittsburgh with LIL? Are you getting channel 40 from 61.5 for free?

I am not from Pittsburgh but on my Minneapolis locals I now get KSTC,channel 45, as of last night. Til now it needed a second dish. I am thrilled as this channels Minnesota Gopher BB games. I am curious if other, in other markets, are receiving any additional channels.
