View Full Version : D*-CSNCA A's Coverage Still Unresolved
From the SF Chronicle:
"The satellite provider has not reached an agreement with Comcast SportsNet on a proposal to put Oakland's games on a basic-level tier in the Bay Area, as the Giants' games are."

No surprise here that Comcast is holding its programming hostage from D*.

Although it doesn't say it in that article, I am pretty sure other ones have said that even though the A's have left CSN-BA, Comcast hasn't lowered the price they charge for that channel, even though now there is one less pro team on it.
the channel switched on for me last Sunday here in Livermore. I hope it's not a fluke and it stays on for the A's.

Activating the channel for the Bay Area has no bearing on whether the A's will be shown on D*.

According to Directv's MLB EI schedulel, the A's feed is to be shown. Does that mean that CSN CA will be carried by Directv?:)
