921 & HD Monitor Combo deal?

Noticed that one of the upcoming promotions for DISH is a HD monitor and IRD for $1500  Does anyone know if they have a plan like this that includes the 921?

Other questions:

Do you have to buy the 921 or can you rent it from DISH?
Do you have any set pricing on the 921?
Any new subscriber deals or any upgrade promotions planned?

For all of you dish retailers, how often in advance of a new product release are you notified of promotions that are in conjunction with the product?

Charlie may be the only one who knows and he will probably deny he knows. Like everything introduced by DISH at CES or Team Summit take it with a very large grain of salt. It is 90% advertising hype and maybe 10% fact. A working model of the product usually takes 6 to 9 months after it finally makes it to the warehouse.
