I bought a Harmony 1000 to replace a dog-eaten Harmony 890. I logged into the website and converted the account to a 1000. When I finished setting the thing up and loaded the settings into the remote, the additional buttons don't match what's in the program. I know at one point in time if you had sequences set up, they would cause problems with button placement. But I went in and deleted my sequences and removed the buttons from the configuration. Now, not only do the sequence buttons still show up, but there are additional buttons that I don't have showing in the program that are still showing on the remote. Short of removing and re-installing all devices, has anyone else seen this and can you offer any help. Logitech really hasn't been very helpful.:confused::confused::confused:
