DISH & STARBAND

Anyone using STARBAND along with DISH ?
Im tired of using ISDN which is costing me a small fortune.
It seems that DSL and Cable will never get here .
which is weird since they gave me ISDN ,why not DSL ?
Ive upgraded to WIN XP also.
