Yes very true. I have been around this board for quite some time and I like to hear the good stuff too. It is easy to remember to complain about something but hard to remember when something goes right.

What is needed is a little longitude. How long has the tech been doing installations? Is his situation different from the thousands of nominally qualified folks who walked away for one reason or another?

In what ways was the installation "excellent?"
