And you won't I think this is for the NY DMA only.

It will only be active for the time of the game. Wait for the complainfest on how this space would be better used for feed of 'insert channel name here'.

It has been that way since the first year they had that "bonus cam" for YES/Yankee games. There used to be a FAQ about it on YES' website I think.
