Need some info on the long-defunct LOOK channel (306)

While browsing through TNGTonys Dish channel change archive, I noticed a channel named LOOK on 306 was removed on April 30th 2002. It was classified as an "anti-pirate" channel. What was on it?

It was composed of mostly 18th centry Naval Vessels.

I used to have a quicktime (IIRC) movie of what was on it I downloaded off the Internet. IIRC, it had pirates or a pirate ship on it. Said that stealing satellite service was illegal.

Why would they have removed the channel instead of keeping it up?

They actually used that channel for an HBO related preview. After that it was gone.
