Just a question. I have a 625 with 1000.2 with intergrated triple lnb and no HD channels. On my info screen there is a red X on sat 129. On my check switch screen 129 shows green on both even and odd transponders. Whats up with that.
If I look at signal screen for 129 it has a lock. Thanks, Wayne

Can't help you with that other than to remind you that there isn't anything for your 625 on 129W anyway.

Could you check 'Details' from SysInfo screen ? And post a picture of resulting check switch screen too ?

The reason is a software glitch. Pretty much all the SD receivers are doing this sense the new bird went online. As for why you got a 1000.2 instead of a 500 I'm not exactually sure. If you have three receivers the tech may have put it in to avoid having to use an external switch. I've been guilty of pulling that little trick once or twice.

There is some misunderstanding of your info: 1000.2 and "shows green on both even and odd transponders";
FYI: D1k2 is DPP bandstacking LNBF+switch.
That's why I did ask to post _pictures_.

He is looking in the check switch screen and it shows green , and it's also showing a lock in the point dish screen, but yet when he looks in the sys info screen it's showing a red X on the 129*. If you then look at the details screen it will say check the dish for obstructions such as snow/ice or leaves. It is a software glitch related to the sat that replaced the old one. As long as the check switch shows green, and ALL for the 129*, and you have good signal stringth you are fine. FYI 129* TR 21 should be high 70's real low 80's.

Oh please, don't need to explain obvious things to me - I'm doing installs for last 12 years and seen all the screens, believe me.

He is contradicting - DPP cannot shows ODD/EVEN tpns !

I get the same thing on both of my 622s the problem is it looks for signal on TP 14,15,16 and 21. 14,15 and 16 are spotbeams and I do not get signal on 15 and do not need signal on SB 15. My locals on SB 11 are in the 60s TP 21 is in upper 80s and everything works good

The Checkswitch screen will only show the last results until you run the test again. If your weather is clear you can run the test without furthering the problem, typically that will fix it. If it does not I would advise you to call Technical Service at Dish Network for them to possibly send a technician out.

You miss the point, I have no problem, everything comes in fine. It is just a problem on the info readout with the red on 129. All my HD channels are fine.

Thats nothing. On my System Info screen it tells me everything is good (119/110/61.5) but on details 129 has 0. The problems is I don't have 129 never did.:eek2: Everything works great and point dish finds 61.5 not 129.:confused:
I don't get it.

for some reason they only show110/119 and 129 does not list 61.5 or 118
