OK, so why is E* carrying THIS PAX local - I was under the impression they were not going to carry ANY of them...

I think they are carrying one in Salt Lake City too. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that most people I heard at the beginning of must-carry said that PAX owned and operated PAX stations would be exempt from demanding must-carry.
