I hope nick GAS disapears completly. I seen nearly every Figure it Out and Double Dare that they threw at me and want to quit paying for it.

As noted on the HD forum, channel 9576 is now showing "The N" 24/7 is SD. Ch. 169 still listed in the guide as being split between Noggin and The N but that probably will change soon to 24/7 Noggin. No indication yet whether The N will eventually be moved into the family channel block.

It will have to be moved into that area or it will never be found.
Also they now need to move Spike out of 168 as it was put there when it was TNN, a music channel. It no longer fits in that area of the channels. It isnt a kids channel and it isnt a music channel anymore.

The entire is a loop. People can watch it on the web. No other provider has it.

while 9576 is live and the N is now 24/7 on Dish, on 169, the N is still on between 5PM-5AM (Central time) and still sharing with Noggin. i wonder if the true launch of the 24/7 Noggin on Dish and relocation of the N to an different channel will happen next week.

Yeah...someone ripped and read from SatelliteGuys. Basically, CN West is moving to 177, and once the replacement slate is lifted on 27 May, 181 will become The N.

177 is an better place for Cartoon Network/Adult Swim west anyway since 176 is the East coast version.

I'd rather see The N go down to 168 next to Nogin ... but that would take moving Spike/SpikeHD to 181. Spike has been in the wrong place for far too long. They should have moved it when the name changed.

I was watching TV at my Mom's house..Am here for a while due to being in a very bad car accident. Was Directing traffic for the flood up here in fargo, and a car disregarded my hand and voice signals and Gas truck smached into the left rear of the car going about 40mph. So the car spun a 180 and while it was spinning it hit me flying me back about 60 feet over my vehichle and slid me another 20 feet. I yelled on my police radio for help and had 15 squad cars, 2 fire trucks, 2 ambulances, and the national guard in less then 2 minutes. Was rushed to the hospital and found out I had a c2 fracture of my spine. But am not paralyzed but in a hailo for three months and both left and right ankles fractured and a fractured left wrist. I now have to have therapy three times a week. Plus they also told me I have a mild brain injury. So my short term memory is not that great anymore. So I have to take a speech classes now.

But anyway while I was going thru the channels this evening I saw that Nick Gas is no longer on the guide..

ShawnI suspect we'll see changes in how Nickelodeon channels are organized on Dish soon. From another thread: The N is supposed to become TEENick in September. GAS is off.. It was just taped programs from the past. Directv removed it a few years ago.

I saw the "Latest Post" in the Pub at SatelliteGuys last week (not a Pub Member, but headlines are open to all and fair game) saying "Dish Channel Shuffle?" I think I'll try my hand at redoing the Dish channel ranges as a concept.

GAS is off.. It was just taped programs from the past. Directv removed it a few years ago.

Actually DirecTV NEVER carried GAS - when N/Noggin split, D* just added the additional channel on a different unused #...

Re reports ch 181 will become the new home of The N: The move of Cartoon West to 177 is complete and ch 181 has been taken off the program guide. If those reports are correct it should reappear in a few days/weeks as The N. Meanwhile The N is still offered on ch 9576. I'm still not aware of any public announcement from DISH, but I might have missed it.
