Service calls are always there and will never go away. However as us techs work our butts off, somehow we get punished for getting them. This has got to be one of the most stupid things i have come across in my office. No matter what the service call is for or who it is you will not be routed until they fall off. What makes it even more retarded is it is an office thing not a directv thing. So here is the question i have, What would be the way to reslove this issue or get the *** in a sling.

It is ridiculous to expect a common sense reaction to SIN 7 occurences or any other cost of doing business from the Springfield, MO., office of Aerosat USA. It's common knowledge that the office is run by MG out of Illinois, and not JS the General Manager... Further, they have never provided an employee's handbook to anyone to clarify expectations, policy, procedure, or recourse for real greivances suffered by any technician or member of the staff. Cowboy...this is an at will employment state...they know this...and have every advantage over the working man who is just trying to feed his family....You have two options (and all of this is contingent on whether the SIN 7 is actually your fault, or an equipment issue that you had no control over). (1) Contact your corporate HR office (Joe DAUSCHE) and demand an employee handbook which details why they can take this course of action based on an established company policy -not a local knee jerk reaction by JS via MG via JS via TC (...you get the picture)...and then act/react accordingly, or (2) Grin and bear it....they've been out to make you quit long before they fired me without reason....BTW tell Jeffrey I said "Hey"
