When did dish start showing double features for 4.99 and last chance@1.99
I never noticed these options before>:hi: :hi:

Last Chance was around a while ago then disappeared when the PPVs were shuffled around but it was brought back yesterday or Friday. Occasionally Dish has double features, this is the fourth one I remember from recent history.
