Toshiba DST-3000 and Direct HDTV What's Up

I hooked up a Toshiba DST-3000 and Direct HDTV oval dish this weekend. I can not get the two HD channels. It appears they try coming through the reciever because the top blue banner is on the tv for 5 sec and then the screen is blue. Toshiba says it is possible a software conflict with Direct TV latest upgrade. All other 200 channels come in fine. Any ideas.

Since my post I have talked with a Toshiba dealer in the Chicago area (there is only one) and he said it sounds like the Direct TV installer did not hook up satalite 119 which has the two HD channels on them. Channel 199 and 509. Direct TV is due back out on Saturday.
