The Federal Communications Commission Monday voted 3-2 to permit the broadcasting networks to own TV stations that reach a combined 45 percent of the nation's audience, up from 35 percent.

Since FCC has decided that less competition in the market is better, why don't they balance it by allowing out of market programming to be purchased in other markets.
