Video drop issues

Has anyone else had issues with a video drop occuring multiple times per day on a HD and HDDVR. HR20 and H21 hi def receivers. There has been a new installation done 2 times and the receivers have been replaced as well as the HD tvs. I was figuring issue could be with connections between receiver and tv or issue could be built in video delay durring channel changing for this. I also thought that it might be interfierence comming from an environmental source in the home

I have had that problem for the last month or two. Some days are better than others and it's not always the same channel. However, it never seems to happen on the local channels or the SD channels. I have an H20-100. Some days some channels are unwatchable. I'm watching Deadliest Catch and it keeps dropping out with a split second of searching for 771.
