HAPPY ANNIVSERY TO ME

Well as of today Iv been an E* sub for 3 glorious years. Ahhh, I remember when I first discovered the EPG, that was pure joy, now all I think is, damn that thing is slow. A lot has changed in the past 3 years. More channels, new packages, price increases, potental dropped channels, potential E*/D* merger, no more P*. Orginaly an AT100 sub when it was $28.99/month. A few months later added the supers and then in June of 2000 we got a Dish 500 and upgraded to AT150.

A lot has changed in the past 4 years. More channels, we lost some channels, new packages, more price increases, Charlie is talking about dropping more channels, and no more P*(argh!). Orginaly an AT100 sub when it was $28.99/month. A few months later added the supers and then in June of 2000 we got a Dish 500 and upgraded to AT150. At least that merger didn't go through!"

My wife always puts things in context for me, I complained a few weeks ago that the guide was slow and she reminded me that I could go buy a TV guide and search the old fashined way. :-)

Of course she was upset the other night as the Dish 6000 showed "info not available" for many channels I asked her if she wanted to go get a TV guide. SHe told me to kiss her butt. :D

Well now that you mention it, the EPG is alot better then The Prevue Channel was. Ya I know its the TV Guide Channel now, but it will always be Prevue to me.
