View Full Version : ETF even being applied to dealers
I got an email from D* telling me my bill was ready for viewing. This was a surprise because D* had cancelled my dealer account a month ago for lack of sales. Apparently D* wants a $394 ETF on my DECA account even though the terms exempt me from ETF. They also claim my HR10-250 is leased. I have already emailed ellen.filipiak@directv.com I hope she can simplify correcting their error.

Your just going to have to call and get hold of Dealer Services Dept.
The HR10-250 isn't even on the return list,makes me wonder whats going on at D* central.

The HR10-250 isn't even on the return list,makes me wonder whats going on at D* central.I am also wondering. And I am hoping to avoid Retail Services they are screwed up even worse than D*.
5/1/09 received a reply from Customer Advocy Followup ETF has been credited back and HR10-250 status is back to OWNED. Boy do I wish DISH could respond as fast, I also wish Directv didn't make as many billing errors.
