Quicktune problem

I have an HR20-700 and when I use quicktune to tune to my RSN Fox Sports Houston 678-1 (the HD channel only) it will not tune in I have to change the channel and then change it back to 678-1 for it to come in. It will either report the program has ended or it will list a pay per view and ask me if I want to buy it. Has anyone else come upon this problem

I had a similar problem when I added the HotPass channels that I think was related to them being added to the menu when nothing was actually airing on them. Try adding a channel in place of the RSN and then add the RSN back in, but make sure you add when a program is currently showing. This got the HotPass channels to work for me.
