IE Favorites

Can anyone tell me them name of the file that IE uses for Favorites and where it is located in XP, looked in Program Files and Documents and Settings but could not find anything, but then I am not sure what I am looking for.

c:\documents and settings\UserName\Local Settings
(Local Settings is by default a hidden file)
