Free Showtime Question

DirecTV just discovered that they weren't charging me an extra receiver fee so they have added the $5 fee to my bill, but they have given me 3 months of Showtime for my troubles. My question, since I will be away for one of those months, if I DVR a bunch of shows in June/July and try to watch them in August, will they work or will it be "searching for authorized content"? I know with free previews the recordings still work, but will this be like I signed up for Showtime and canceled, and will that kill my recordings? Also, what about Showtime DOD downloads?

The Showtime channels shows DVRd will still be there....its not like PPV.

Dont know about DODs though....i would think they would still be there.

edit: DODs have an expiration date.
