Hi all. After some big wind storms up in RI this weekend I am having Pixelation issues on my local HD's, here are my readings.. I am pretty handy is it possible I could fine tune this myself using the fine tuning bolts? I'd hate to pay $50 for a repoint. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Tuner 1 and Tuner 2 are about the same Except for the 99 Sat's, I get all Zeros on 99 C and S on tuner 1, tuner 2 see below readings.
