WDCW 50 in Harrisburg, PA market?

I noticed last night that a 'new' HD local channel now shows up in our channel guide in our market. It is channel 50 WDCW (CW affiliate in DC) and it shows as A3 Harrisburg, PA. When I add it to my FAVs list and tune to it, it won't come in. WLYH-15.1 is our local CW affiliate. Not sure why this station shows up here as an HD station we should be getting but when we can't tune in. Is it just a D* goof-up?

No one else in this area (Harrisburg/Lancaster, PA) gets this station listed on their setup for local HD stations??

Have had it on the guide for almost a month now but it's always blacked out. Can you get 384? Sometimes that seems to have the DC 50 station on it.
