Based on this thread - http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=158313

My building is seriously looking into doing a MDU setup.

What type of setup is required to accomodate HD programming?

Also, how long would it take to do this figuring 20-story building, 160 units, using existing wiring?

Search for MFH2 and MFH3. These are the technologies that DIRECTV recommends for wide-scale distribution.

MFH2 is based on SWM and MFH3 is based on networking protocols.

With the right cabling the system could be up in a week no problem. The longest part of any installation is not actually the installation but rather the contract with the system operator. Your board or property management will have to run everything through the lawyers and that usually takes a few weeks.

The first step is to contact a system operator in your area asap and have them come out for a site survey of the property. They will be able to tell you what it would take and what the possible costs for the installation would be.

There was a thread a while back with many of the system operators in the Chicagoland area some of which likely service the Naperville area as well.

Let me know if I can be of any more help.
