Called DTV last Sunday to complain about possible missing guide info due to limited visibility to 119. They talked about a dish relo but I asked for a replacement of the 5LNB block with the SL-3 block instead since the current roof install has been solid for more than a year.

Today a tech from DirectSat showed up and did the LNB swap. The guy was knowledgable and courteous. The SL-3 block is really small compared to the 5LNB. The boxes are downloading new guide data as I write this. All is well.

If you have the Protection Plan and are having tree problems with 119 its a great solution and best of all, its free (not counting $5.99/mo).

Thanks to other posters for reporting this and bringing it to my attention.

That works well, unless you happen to have locals on 119 that do NOT have a HD version on 99 or 103. We still have three locals on 119 (SD only), while the rest are on 99.
