HR22 no longer interactive

I just noticed over the weekend our interactive features do not seem to be working on the HR22. We're sports fans, so this time of year we use it mostly for the MLBEI Game mix channel to tune to different audio feeds, or to tune directly to a game. The 'red button' for instant scores is not active either, and when we pressed the 'active' button to go to the interactive features, they never came up.

We don't use that active button very often, but we use the sports interactivity all the time, so they were definitely working last week.

I would first recommend restarting the receiver. Use the following method:

Menu>Parental,Favs&Setup>System Setup
then scroll down to Reset, press OK, Restart Receiver, then press the dash button when prompted.

Do not select "Reset Everything" unless you want to lose all your programming.
