I don't know if anyone else uses PlayOn to watch Hulu, Netflix, etc. on your TV through your PS3 but some recently added "unofficial" plugins have made it a much more valuable product IMO. Plugins are free and have been developed for "Adult Swim" (my current favorite), "CBS", "ESPN, "NFL", "NBA", "Food Network" and others. If you're interested you can check them out here (free registration required to access links):

Thanks for the information! Will have to take a look at couple of these
PlayOn was well worth the entry fee for the Hulu access alone, but with the additional plugins, it's a no-brainer buy at a one-time cost of $30-$40 (depending on if you pick it up during one of Media Mall's "sales").
Probably the best plugin of all is the Local Files plugin, which does exactly as the name suggests. Since installing and enabling this particular plugin, I don't think I've accessed TVersity more than twice in the last month as everyone of my AVIs is now playable through PlayOn.
Now, if we could just get D* to bring the HR2x-series DVRs into full DLNA compliance....

Absolutely love it on my PlayStation 3... I just wish they'd work on some more media sites like Joost, TheWB, and Veoh. There are some content on those sites that Hulu doesn't have but mostly Hulu has everything that they have.

You can post in the forums and ask the developers to work on plugins for sites they don't have yet. This is all un-official stuff and the work appears to be done by people just in it for the hobby of it, which is a big benefit to the rest of us.

Can't get it to work on a consistent basis with my HR20 or HR21. Its a real disappointment because I see the potential.:(
I just got Playon working on my HR21-100. This is a ridiculous amount of content available in one place. I'd say this is the biggest thing I've ever seen on D* and its not even d* programming. This is really huge.

I've had PlayOn since before the official launch last year. I love it for Hulu and Netflix, but agree that the plugins make it that much better. My only beef is having to do manual updates to both the PlayOn software and the plugins. Internet viewing will never match the convenience of regular TV viewing if I have to regularly perform manual updates.
