My basic question is can you split a coax after the swm splitter with another swm splitter to run 2 receivers off that one line? Ok maybe that is confusing so I'll just explain in detail what I'm trying to do. I have a SWMLine dish, from there it goes to a SWS-8, to the PI in the living room and my HR22 is connected to the PI as well, then I have another line from the SWS-8 to my R16, and one more line from the splitter to my H21 in the master bedroom. I'm getting an HR20 to put in the master bedroom and I'm not getting rid of the H21 so I want to split that line with another swm splitter to be able to run the H21 and HR20. Will that work or am I just going to have to crawl under the house and run another line for the HR20 from the SWS-8 splitter outside?

Yes.
You can do LNB-PI-Splitter-Splitter-Splitter-Splitter-etc

The SWM output can be split several times until the signal becomes too weak. It doesn't matter if they splits are cascaded or in one splitter.
The other key is how many tuners you have.
Am I counting correctly:
1-HR22=2
1-R16=2
1-HR20=2
1-H21=1
Total of 7 tuners? Then you should be ok.

Tom that would be correct! I do know I will only have space enough for one more tuner after I add the HR20. As always I appreciate the responses.
