View Full Version : What is with the small size print at the DISH website...
Are they trying to sell us their big monitor for our computer? Or do they not want us to read the press releases and other useful info?

I've noticed that too, the text on press releases is small, I usually increase the size a notch to read the press releases.

It's like the "audio fine print" on the DISH radio commercials, when the announcer goes into double-speed talk to tell you all the "legal stuff" that they have to tell you but would rather you not be aware of.

The source seems to be requesting 10pt fonts. (10 character per inch) which is larger then many sites use. Perhaps you don't have the font requrested which can cause strange things to happen.

Maybe they are trying to save bandwidth on their website too.

More like they are saying: "Our products are junk, you stupid fat americans should get off the couch and do something other than watch 500 channels of stupid TV." Oh yeah: "My name is Charles Egan I have a gizillion dollars and I'm not going to reinvest it into any decent new products."
