Litigation between DirecTV, Pegasus and the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative will go to trial on July 22, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing from Pegasus.
The trial was originally scheduled for earlier this month, but was delayed by the judge. The case is before the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
According to the Pegasus filing, the first phase of the trial will include issues relating to the term and the right of first refusal concerning the NRTC/Pegasus contract with DirecTV.
NRTC and Pegasus deliver DirecTV services in rural areas.
