Anyone watching Judge's new animated series? What do ya think?

Not the worst. Certainly has its moments. Love their son's name.
setup a SL but cancelled it - not really a Judge fan.

With the exception of King of the Hill, I have never been a fan of Mike Judge either.
Was holding out hope for "the Goode Family" but after 2 episodes, I also deleted the Series Link.

I set up a series link a week before it aired and watched 2 episodes to give it a chance. But to be honest with you, this is a terrible show, not even close to King of the Hill. Needless to say, I have cancelled it’s series link.

We also watched two episodes. Problem is, we know quite a few folks like them. They aren't likely to find the show amusing. And while I find those folks can generate a chuckle in me because of their more obvious disconnects, those don't really make an entertaining show.

I like Mike Judge, and while different then I thought, I do like The Goode Family. I don't think it will last long, especially on ABC, but I'll continue to watch. As someone who loathes in every way what the characters on the Goode Family represent, I absolutely love the way that whole way of life is made fun of, mocked and crucified.

I'm probably the oddball that liked (and appreciated some of the intelligence behind the stupidity) Beavis & Butthead... also liked Office Space (movie)... but didn't care much for King of the Hill, so I've been passing intentionally on the Goode Family.

On the other hand, John Stossel has been employed by ABC for 25 years so who knows? NBC would have never even considered it. It would clash with "green" week.
