Need help with an HR-22

I got my HD-DVR installed today, he brought in an HR-20 but it didn't work so he went back to the truck and got an HR-22 everything is fine but I can't get it to connect to the internet, the R22 worked fine when connected but this one don't, I have the powerline adaptors with a Belkin router.

Reset the router?

Can you make another device work at the HR22 location?

Make sure your using the right network connector. You have to use the top one.

Thanks but none of those work, see I have a Belkin router hooked to the Powerline adaptor then I have another powerline adaptor connected to the top port of the receiver the network connects but not the internet, I get error (22).

Make sure you have properly set up Network Services on your new HR-22. Do you have a valid IP address within what is allowed for your home network? Is you subnet and DNS correct? If that information is wrong, you will not be able to connect to the internet.

After you reset eveything you might need to wait. I can sometimes take a little while for the HR2x to be reconnected.

It's usually pretty quick but not always.
