just lost hd

i have 3 recivers hr20 and h20-100 not picking up hd channels except ones in the 70s,no hd locals.h20-600 is picking up all hd.i have a service call set for sat.just looking for ideas as to what this is.i have protection plan too which is nice.

Signal levels on 103c and 99c on HR20

Try working H20 with both wires for HR20. Check BBCs.

9-16 all mid 70s
tuner 2 all 0s thats 99c
103 c tuner 1 hi 80s tuner 2 all 0s
h20-100 has all 0s on 99 and 103
