How can Spike Lee claim copyright infringement on using his name? That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a while. That would be like me saying no one else could use my name MIKE since I have a patent. Think how many people are in the world with that name.

After they get this ruling reversed (and it will, Spike Lee holds no copyright or trademark to his name, and Spike Lee is not he real name anyways)

But after the ruling is reversed, I would love to see an ad saying, Welcome to Spike TV....

Sounds like you have never watched a Spike Lee movie in your life Gemini or maybe not even any of his commercials.

Spike has always been made fun of as the "small" "runt" and a few other terms, it has been part of his own running joke.

Having met Mr Lee on two seperate occations I do believe he would laughed at the above joke and take it for what it was meant, as a JOKE.
