App Store and Dock

I am a long-time lurker but decided to register because there was not thread regarding the new App Store and Dock system (right arrow when on any channel). This isn't that useful now but shows some great promise. At least I can get scores when watching an OTA.

I'm not using a CE so everyone should have this right?
