Creative uses of an old stand alone TIVO?

I have an older single tuner stand alone TIVO that I no longer use. I've looked into selling but it's not really worth much. Anyone have any creative uses for it? These uses would have to involve not paying the monthly fee.

With a Dremel and some time invested, you could build a Home Theatre PC or eSATA enclosure for your DVR.

Another thought would be a piano hinge, a latch, a handle and again, the Dremel, and you've got a really unique briefcase.

Gee, thanks Stuart, I hadn't thought of those possibilities. I was also thinking boat anchor, but I would have to buy a boat. :lol:
