i just go there and look at the weekly uplink report that they put out on wednesdays. and thats what i did last week when i saw that they have
wvva, wvns, wvnsd, woay, wswp, wlfb uplinked for the bluefield/beckley/oakhill market. i'm just happy that we may be finally getting them. i have been a dish customer for over 5 years and worked for them at one time and they kept telling me that they are working on them. but now they are uplinked and its about time.

meh, my local dma is Parkerburg WV/Marietta OH it'll be a cold day you know where before they uplink my locals seeing how they only have WTAP which offers one channel (WTAP NBC) and two subchannels (FOX Parkersburg, and MyNetworkTV) and DISH doesn't even have to carry the sub channels. Congrats on your side of the WV border :)

Actually, they do end up carrying those subchannels if it's a condition of a retrans consent agreement and if they're with a major network (Yuma is a weird exception).

WVNS-DT2 is Fox, by the way.
